Description
-
Description. This area shows the basic information about the current document: title, author, subject, base URL, keywords, and the time the document is created and modified. Right PDF supports Extensible Metadata Platform (XMP), which lets you embed metadata into documents themselves during the content creation process, so whoever works with you can easily get information about the files, such as document titles, author, descriptions, keywords, and copyright information. To start, click Additional Metadata… to edit and update the metadata.
-
Advanced. This area shows the application that produces the document, the PDF version, the page and file size, location, number of pages, whether the document has been tagged, and if the document is enabled for Fast Web View.
The information in the Advanced area is generated automatically and cannot be modified unless Inspect Document is used to permanently remove Metadata and Embedded non-display data. Within Inspect Document, select Metadata to remove the entire Description area and information of PDF Producer from document properties.
