Display PDFs in the line weights view
By default, the Line Weights view is ON, it displays lines with the weights defined in the PDF. When Line Weights is OFF, it applies a constant stroke width (1 pixel) to lines. When you print the document, the stroke prints at the true width.
View a document with the Line Weights view on

Open a PDF file and the Line Weights view is ON by default.

Choose View > Line Weights to turn it ON.

To turn OFF the Line Weights view, deselect View > Ruler & Grid > Line Weights.
