Using Check Spelling, you can spell-check all text in the current document.

  1. In Write mode, choose Track > Proofing > Check Spelling .

  2. In the Check Spelling dialog box, click Start.

  3. The first misspelled word is highlighted and underlined in red (A). Do any of the following as needed:

    • Click Ignore (B) to skip the mistake.

    • If you want to change a word, select a suggested correction from the Suggestions setting box (C) and click Change (D).

    • Click Change All (E) to replace every instance of the unrecognized word with the first correction.

  1. Repeat the previous steps to check spelling.

  2. Click Done.
