Let Right PDF Editor do the simple math for you with AutoSum features. You can sum, average, count numbers or locate the maximum/minimum value.

  1. Click on the cell where you want the calculation result to display (for example, B8).

  2. Choose Home > Edit and click the Auto Sum sign  or click on the arrow (on the right side or below ) and select Sum from the options. Right PDF Editor automatically enters a formula (B8) to sum the numbers as seen here: click cell B8 and then choose AutoSum > Sum. Then, the formula appears in cell B8.

  3. Click-drag to select the cells to be summed and press Enter to display the result (6814.16) in cell B8.

 

Note:

1. There are more functions for your various purposes. Choose Home > Edit  and click on the arrow next to AutoSum and select the function you need from the options.

2. To clear cell contents, choose Home > Edit > Clear Contents to make selected cells blank on the worksheet. You can press Ctrl+A and use Clear Contents to delete all contents with just one click.
