Shortcut keys can help you quickly navigate commands and tools within Right PDF, which allows you to view, edit, add and remove those keys. You can use the default keys or customize them yourself.

To add/edit commands

  1. Click Help > Keyboard Setting and open Keyboard Setting dialog box.

  2. Select an item from the Category list to the left and select a command in the Command list to the right.

  3. Place the cursor within the Set Shortcut Key box, and press the desired key combination on the keyboard (usually begins with Command key). For example, pressing Command and H together will make Right PDF check if the combination is still available (assigned combinations are shown below the box). If not, you won’t be able to use the combination.

  4. Click Assign and the new shortcut key appears to the right of the command.

  5. Click OK to close Keyboard Setting dialog box.

To remove/reset commands

  1. Click Help > Keyboard Setting and open Keyboard Setting dialog box.

  2. Select an item from the Category list to the left and select the command that you want to remove in the Command list to the right.

  3. Click Remove to delete shortcut key. You can also click Reset All to restore settings to their defaults by removing all custom shortcut keys.

  4. Click OK to close Keyboard Setting dialog box.
