Insert Tables, Pictures, Graphics and Clipart
Tools like Tables and Illustrations serve to enrich your PDF documents, such as inserting tables to organize information or adding Picture, Clip Art, Graphic, and Screenshot as visual aids to enhance readability of documents.
Insert Tables

Do any of the following to enable Write mode:

If the PDF file is opened in Review mode, use Convert to Writable to switch to Write mode.

Create a blank PDF by choosing File > New > Blank PDF.

Select a space where you want to insert a table.

Choose Insert > Tables > Table
and select the size you need or click Insert Table… and enter rows and columns manually.

(Optional)To add extra rows or columns to an existing table, click anywhere inside the table to display the Table tab (A) and the associated features. Choose Insert and determine where to add extra rows and columns (B).
Insert Graphic/ Clipart

Open a PDF and switch to Write mode, or create a blank PDF file.

Choose Insert > Graphic / Clipart, or open their panel.

Do any of the following to insert item:

Drag item from Graphic / Clipart panel to the position you want on the page.

Select an illustration/clip art item, and click-drag a rectangle as the frame. When finished, release the mouse to have clip art showed up in the frame.

(Clip Art only) Right click a Clip Art item and select Insert.
Insert Pictures or Screenshots

Open a PDF and switch to Write mode, or create a blank PDF file.

Do any of the following:

To insert from local device, select Insert > Picture. Select an image in the popup dialog box, and click Open to insert it to the page.

To insert screenshot, select Insert > Screenshot, and use the cross cursor to drag a rectangle as the frame. Click Done on the toolbar under the image to apply it to the present PDF file.
Positioning a picture and changing text wrapping settings
To change how graphics or pictures position, click the graphic/clipart/picture object to show Format Tool panel to the right. Use commands in Arrange for adjustment:

Select In Line with Text to have the selected image stay with the text that comes before and after it.

Select Square to wrap text around the border of the selected image.

Select Behind Text to have the text displayed over the selected image in any circumstances.

Select In Front of Text to have the selected image displayed over the text in any circumstances.

Select Top and Bottom to make text appear at the top and bottom of the image.

Select More Layout Options… to enter the Object Properties dialog box. Click the Text Wrapping tab to change the wrapping style or define the distance between the selected image and text.

Align
Align an object

Align to Page: Align selected object to somewhere on the page.

Align to Margin: Align selected object to a certain margin on the page.

Align Selected Objects: Align selected object with other objects.
Align multiple objects

Align Left: Aligns objects along their left edges
-
Align Center: Aligns objects vertically through their centers.
-
Align Right: Aligns objects along their right edges.
-
Align Top: Aligns objects along their top edges.
-
Align Middle: Aligns objects horizontally through their middles.

Align Bottom: Aligns objects along their bottom edges
-
Distribute Horizontally: Arrange the objects at equal distances from each other horizontally.

Distribute Vertically: Arrange the objects at equal distances from each other vertically.
