Page layout setup
Using the tools in Page settings (A) and Paragraph (B) under the Page Layout tab, you can alter margins, text direction, orientation, and size; or apply indentation or line spacing values to the specified lines or paragraphs

Page settings
The Page Settings features let you configure basic page settings, such as margins, text direction, page orientation, and page size. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Page… from the options to open the Page Setup dialog box.
Formatting paragraphs
Specify an insertion point or select text. In the Paragraph tool bar, define the indentation and spacing values to directly apply to the entire paragraph or the line that contains an insertion point. You many also right click on the paragraph you want to change indentation and choose Paragraph… from the options to open the Paragraph dialog box for further adjustments.
In the General area of the Paragraph dialog box, choose one from the following alignment options: left, centered, right, justified, or distributed.

(top-left) Aligning horizontal text to the right, leaving the left edge ragged;
(top-right) Justifying all horizontal text except the last sentence, which is left-aligned;
(bottom-left)) Aligning horizontal text to the center, leaving both edges of the paragraph ragged:
(bottom-right) Justifying all horizontal text, including the last sentence.
