Convert with Right PDF Office Addin
In Microsoft Office applications, Right PDF Office Addin is a tool that you can use to directly convert your MS Office files to PDF, or send as email attachment.
To create a PDF

Open a file to be converted to PDF in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Among ribbon tabs, choose Right PDF.

(Optional) You can change PDF conversion settings by clicking Settings.

Select either Convert To PDFor Convert To PDF and E-mail:

Select Convert To PDF. It directly converts the current file to a PDF document and saves it in a location you specify.

Select Convert To PDF and E-mail. Select this if you want to send the PDF as an email attachment. Your default mail client appears right after the conversion is done. Then you can enter recipients, a subject, and send the attached PDF document.
To change PDF conversion settings
Adjust conversion settings to specify compatibility for the result PDF, or set an Open or Permissions Password.

Choose Right PDF > Settings.

In the Settings dialog box, set the conversion settings as needed and then click OK:

Compatible with: It decides the PDF version of result PDFs. Right PDF 6.0 supports PDF version 1.3 to 1.7, 2.0, and PDF/A. You might have to change the compatibility level of a PDF file to match the version of your client or colleague’s PDF application. Generally speaking, we recommend always using the most recent version (in this case, PDF 2.0); however, if the document would be distributed widely, consider using PDF 1.5 to ensure that all recipients can view and print your document.

Embed Document Information. Checked by default. When checked, it will embed information such as author and subject in the result PDF.

View Result PDF. Open result PDF when conversion is complete.

Security

Encryption Strength: specify the type of encryption used to secure the output PDF documents.

Require password to open the document. correct open password is required to open the output PDF document.

Use a password to restrict printing, editing and modifying security settings of the document. Select to restrict certain functions, such as printing, copying or extracting content, annotating, editing, modifying, and more. However, this password does not restrict opening the PDF.

Click OK.
